Unemployed Chef | Unaligned Miscellaneous | Special Role Basics The Unemployed Chef can use their charmed food to protect one player each night. The Unemployed Chef wins if they are alive at the end of the game, and at least one waiter remains. Details Protecting a player is an immediate night effect. A protected player is invulnerable from night attacks for the current night. After the night ends, the effect of the charmed food disappears. Once a player has received charmed food, they can no longer be protected. Each game has a certain amount of players that are “waiters” - one from the townsfolk team, one from the werewolf team, and one from each solo team. Waiters are not informed about this, nor does it affect their win condition or ability. The waiters are on different teams. The Unemployed Chef wins, if at least one waiter, and the Unemployed Chef itself are alive when the game ends. The Unemployed Chef is able to win with any team, even if that teams win condition is to kill all others. If a new solo team is created during the game, they do not gain a waiter. The Unemployed Chef dies once they are unable to win; this usually happens when the last waiter dies. The Unemployed Chef may not protect themself.

it's extremely annoying for wolves if there's a hooker in game
people have a habit of loving strong town roles and hating anything that's a serious threat to town
in fact i'd go so far as to say people just generally like town over everything else

oh interesting
I guess you do have a point, I just didn't see it because it's not my personal taste

Hooker is the sort of role that is extremely strong in a pure wolf v town situation after a few days, because by then the town has at least some sort of organization - so the wolves are forced to choose between hitting known important town targets, and hitting random weak targets hoping that the hooker is on them - which, ofc, fails more often than not to get rid of the hooker the result is that the wolves are crippled by a single role this is all assuming the hooker survives the initial few days, and that there's no strong devil (since devil can get rid of hooker in the day)
