I have picked the magnificent Quinta das Carvalhas for you my dearest @Dennis. It is a 260 year old port wine from Portugal, and has been brewed using many lovely sorts of grapes. Such as the well known Tinta Roriz sort. I believe we will serve this wine for the cheese platter and for the dessert, as it is absolutely astonishing with that. (edited)
