When I slightly prodded them about it, it seems they can't use their ability yet. Of course, now we know that it's because bass is the amulet holder. Also, since this is bass, the fact he has been super behaved and not asking for mayor mayor means he really does have a good role. Then, d1 bass died end of phase by giving the amulet to ghost mayor. Now, why would a wolf willingly give protection to a mayor? So bass has to be town here. Then what does that make kal? Kal has been vibrating going "wow I think theres a tracking wolf cursebearer" over and over, as if initially priming everyone for the moment he claims to be the cursebearer.
