Day 0 | New Kid on the Block In the criminal justice system, the line between order and chaos is drawn by those who swear to uphold the law. But what happens when the thin blue line begins to blur? Manhattan is under siege by Werewolf Enterprise, a ruthless criminal organization, whose claws have reached within the walls of the NYPD. A detective from Brooklyn, @Chenmin "Chimi" Chang, who witnessed their partner’s brutal murder, transferred to Manhattan for a new start. When he receives a letter from a @Carlos Ramirez, he must expose the truth and save the city from those who lurk in the shadows. Chung Chung (Law and Order theme song plays)

Story Time - Night 1

Night 1 | New Beginning @Carlos Ramirez, Is it true that the death of my partner, Carlos Ramirez, was Werewolf Enterprise’s doing? He was out of it for a few months then. Paranoid and sleep-deprived. Every time I asked what he had been up to, he would make up some sort of excuse. The shooter they arrested was a kid from the neighbourhood with a bad drug habit. My old captain said it was just an unfortunate situation, and the poor kid was stabbed to death in the prison yard before anyone got to speak to them. I met with Captain @Olivia “Liv” Benson and the rest of the squad today. They asked about my nickname. I didn’t want to tell them that it came to exist because one of the racist assholes in the Five-Seven didn’t want to learn my name. The rats from the Internal Affairs Bureau also invited me to a meeting, talking about how I should learn from Ramirez’s death and stop meddling around. They rubbed me the wrong way, especially that @Ed Tucker. I don’t know how much I trust you, or how much I should share with you, but at this point, I have nothing to lose. Talk soon. Day 1 | Mysterious letters @Chenmin "Chimi" Chang Trust me as you will, your colleagues are about as trustworthy as you can see from their reactions. If they can't even be bothered to even pronounce a name correctly, what will they bother with? Always purposefully pronounced my name wrong when they stopped me on the road. Not to mention @Dr. Emil Skoda and @John Munch have been conveniently send on vacation. I can assure you it was indeed Werewolf Enterprises doing. Even if Werewolf Enterprise is a masterclass at cover-ups, the police are lazy and don't bother with a proper story. My heart goes out to the kid. Though as much as you shouldn't trust your colleagues, you'll have to talk to them and find inconsistencies. Someone in the force is the driving force behind Werewolf Enterprise. The @CEO of Werewolf Enterprise that you see on TV every other day lately? Merely a public spokesperson, you won't catch him doing any shady business. As I'm writing this, I'm attempting to obtain a list of contacts Werewolf Enterprise has within the police force, hopefully I'll have more to tell you by tomorrow. Night 2 | Disappearance @Carlos Ramirez, It’s like @Dr. Emil Skoda and @John Munch disappeared without a trace. @Dr. Emil Skoda was in Sing Sing interviewing one of the white-collar guys from @Werewolf Enterprise who went rogue, in the company of @John Munch. @John Munch is a conspiracy nut. When he came back, he was on and on about @Werewolf Enterprise's involvement with organized crime. The next day, they were both put on leave. I broke into @John Munch’s apartments to find everything in pristine order, but I know something is off. @Odafin “Fin” Tutuola and @Katriona “Kat” Tamin have been stressing about their court testimonies. @Amanda Rollins and @Amumu are busy with their new case. I have been talking to @Brian Cassidy a little bit. He’s a nice kid who has a similar upbringing to mine, growing up in the projects. @Olivia “Liv” Benson is sending me on my first case with @Kate Silva. It's a human trafficking case in Chinatown. Let’s hope it goes without a hitch. Also, I don’t know if you have heard, but they have brought in @Elliot Stabler from the Organized Crime Task Force and elected @Brian Cassidy as the co-lead. Day 2 | Paper History @Chenmin "Chimi" Chang I've been talking with @John Munch as well, and despite his wild theories, I believe he was onto something. A paper trail tracing back to various transactions with clients from years ago, which might just serve as sufficient proof to catch the ringleader and real CEO of @Werewolf Enterprise. As well, I had spoken with @Kate Silva and she was supposed to give me information on a number of cold cases connected to @Werewolf Enterprise, but she never showed up. I shudder to think what may have happened to her. The documentation I've found within @Werewolf Enterprise seem to indicate one person of importance among the task force, but I am not sure what information I can trust within these documents. Still, I've included copies of this and the transactions in this letter. I don't have the means to figure out who is behind the aliases, but maybe you do. Take care. Night 3 | Failed Operation @Carlos Ramirez, You must have heard the news by now. The potential murder of a cop by another dominates the news headlines, and @Jack McCoy is speaking with the press daily. The sting at the massage parlour was a complete failure. We lost contact with the undercover right away. As @Kate Silva and I went in to check on him, we were trapped in the basement in complete darkness. A shot went off. I took a shot back. Then the light came on. I found @Kate Silva dead on the floor in a pool of her own blood. She was shot by a 9mm, similar to the standard-issued NYPD pistol. Somehow, there was only a single shell casing left in the room. Mine. The entire squad is suspicious of me. @Joe Velasco and I almost fought in the break room after he accused me of killing my old partner, Ramirez. @Dr. George Huang told me to get a representative after conducting a psychiatric evaluation. When I went to submit my paperwork, Defence Attorney @Rafael Barba told me he would represent me pro bono. What kind of lawyer doesn’t like money? As I sat down with @Ed Tucker from IAB, he gave me a wink that sent chills down my spine. “Told you not to snoop around,” He said. I will try to get my hands on @Kate Silva’s files. More turmoil derailed my investigation. @Dr. George Huang was asked to take a leave of absence, and my psychiatric evaluation mysteriously disappeared as a result, which adds more suspicion on me. Story Time - Day 3

Day 3 | Court Craze October 1st, 01:00 PM, NYC District Court, Courtroom No.3 Todays court session saw the defendant @Chenmin "Chimi" Chang accused of the murder of @Kate Silva to stand trial. The procedure went smoothly, outside of some audience members yelling insults at the defendant, requiring them to be escorted out. Much of the evidence seemed to line up and point towards the defendant indeed being guilty, though there remained one inconsistency between witnesses, with some stating only one shot was fire and others insisting two shots were fired. During court recess, a new witness had appeared, identifying himself as @Carlos Ramirez, @Chenmin "Chimi" Chang's former investigative partner and member of the NYPD, claiming he had new evidence to prove the defendants innocence. As the court went over this new evidence, it turned out to be a number of transactions and recordings in which one of the witnesses @Ed Tucker appeared. Unfortunately, as the court was reviewing the evidence, a bomb went off inside the courthouse, killing @Ed Tucker and @Jack McCoy and destroying most of the evidence. @Carlos Ramirez was last seen shielding his partner and saying something before leaving the premises and has disappeared again since. Later research into @Carlos Ramirez faked death and disappearance indicates he went by a number of aliases and fake identities before now. @Participant @Mentor

Night 4 | Recovery @Carlos Ramirez, I am shaking. I’m hiding in the hospital parking lot. I’ve ripped the IV off of me. @Amanda Rollins and @Odafin “Fin” Tutuola came to see me. When I pretended to be asleep, @Amanda Rollins tried to inject me with something. I pushed her off and turned the needle to her. As she was shaking on the floor, I took her gun and ran out of the room. @Odafin “Fin” Tutuola was waiting outside, but I shot him before he could get to me. I need to hide. @Dr. Rebecca Hendrix, the psychiatrist from Brooklyn, is willing to give me a place to crash. I can’t be there for too long, though. I don’t want her to get in the middle of this mess.@Melina Warner will drop off @Kate Silva’s files. They are the only evidence left that can point us in the right direction. I still can’t believe it’s you who’s been writing to me. I saw you collapse on the ground after the gunshot. I was at your closed-casket funeral, comforting your wife. Now it all seems surreal. Day 4 | Counterattack @Chenmin "Chimi" Chang, I am back at Werewolf Enterprise, under a different, but I too have to be exceptionally careful. Extra security measures have been put on everything, and many have been fired or disappeared, like @Joe Velasco and @Melina Warner. Not that it will stop me, I have a mistake to make up for. @Ed Tucker was just another pawn serving the company. Someone replaceable. I mistakenly thought exposing him would be enough to bring @Werewolf Enterprise down, but this case goes far deeper and wider than I thought. There's not much I can do now, best I can occupy my time with is recovering those lost files and recordings from yesterday's attack, and to clear the way for you. I tried to do it the legal way, but it never seems enough. @Peter Stone was supposed to intercept you today, but I took care of it. He's not dead, just out of commission for a good while. With @Kate Silva's files and your own investigation results, I'm sure you'll have enough evidence it cannot simply be ignored, it's in your hands now. Just be careful who you bring it to. The same investors who truly run the Enterprise are the ones manipulating the NYPD. If need be, I have contacts in the media, real journalists willing to bring the truth to the people despite the dangers. I suppose when this case is done, I owe you an explanation. The emotionless voice of the female broadcaster filled the half-empty bar. “…Expose based on the murdered detective @Kate Silva’s note before her death, Detective Chang is cleared of all charges. ADA @Dominick “Sonny” Carisi and ADA @Casey Novak spoke at a joint conference after disgraced Defence Attorney @Rafael Barba was arrested for his connection to @Werewolf Enterprise. It was revealed that the criminal organization is involved in more than thirty counts of homicide, including three counts involving NYPD officers and the murder of @Dr. Rebecca Hendrix . Detective @Elliot Stabler and Detective @Brian Cassidy of the Organized Crime Task Force were arrested, awaiting internal investigation…” “A rum and Coke.” A man in a suit took a seat at the bar. He’s clearly exhausted. He loosened his tie and pointed to the man with the baseball cap. “Another round for him.” A familiar voice. The man turned around. “Detective Cha—” “It’s just Chenmin now. I turned in my gun. It’s nice to see you, partner.” @Carlos Ramirez smiled, raising his glass. “Likewise. What’s going to happen now?” @Chenmin "Chimi" Chang sighed, sipping on his cocktail. “Still more investigation to be done. Amanda and Fin survived, thankfully, but they are arrested. The police are trying to locate the missing officers. I have a feeling that they are dead. But I’m holding out hope. What are you going to do now?” “I’m not sure. Maybe home to the wife and kids.” @Carlos Ramirez looked back at the TV, where the news broadcast continued. “What about you?” @Chenmin "Chimi" Chang put his hand on @Carlos Ramirez's shoulder and raised his glass. “That’s another day’s problem.
