The Misdreavus will assume the pokemon of the first town investigative pokemon to faint.

At the start of the first day after a pokemon with a town investigative pokemon died or lost their pokemon, the Misdreavus will become the pokemon of said town investigative pokemon. If there are several Misdreavuss when the pokemon would be assumed, a random Misdreavus is selected to assume the pokemon. The rest remain Misdreavuss until the next town investigative pokemon faints. The Misdreavus does not know the identity of the previous town investigative pokemon, nor do they know the checks made by this person.
