Basics

The Loudred can write a journal which a certain pokemon will receive when the Loudred faints.

Details

The Loudred has a second secret channel. There they can write any information. When the Loudred faints, access to this channel will be granted to a pokemon with a pokemon that the Loudred selected. The Loudred can select a pokemon and update their targeted pokemon once per phase, with 1 emergency change to be used whenever the Loudred wants. The Loudred may choose to not target any pokemon, which will stop their power from being used. If there are several people with the same pokemon, a random pokemon out of those is selected. If nobody has the pokemon (anymore), nobody gains access to the channel. If the Loudred loses their pokemon, the journal is lost.
