Pack has currently planned fake claims in Hooker, AT, Cleric, Riding Hood & Huntress. Though actually you as Hooker would be better than pack Hooker. We are banking on Plague covering Apothecary and packless/Solo doing TMs.

That's a reasonable fear. I was thinking that if WI claims Citizen/TM, they'll have a confirmed RH and start checking through Cits. Whereas if WI claimed RH, they'd maybe put it on the back-burner and TI check more pressing claims. But your point is of course valid.
