The Latias wins with the latioss and joins a channel with them to communicate securely.

The Latias does not have any special abilities. If somebody tries to copy a latios, a Latias is created instead. The Latias starts out contaminated, but will never faint due to the eon. A latios may not attempt to directly contaminate the Latias using one of their mega stones. If the last latios faints, and there are mega stones left, the Latias stops being contaminated and becomes a latios. At the start of every phase, the Latias is told the amount of living contaminated pokemons.
