The game has started!

Day 0 | The beginning of the end‼️

It was a beautiful, sunny day in Wolf City, the beautiful alpine metropolis - until it wasn't! Rumours of a terrible disease spreading through the city seem to have been true all along. Shambling, aggressive creatures called lycans are taking over our beautiful homes and attacking citizens indiscriminately. How are we supposed to fight back... and who could be responsible⁉️ @Participant CC limit is currently 0. The event will start during Night 1.

Once the rumours were confirmed, a @S.T.A.R.S. team was send in to investigate, but during their investigation, they were suddenly attacked by hounds, hunting them through the forest at the edge of the city, up until they escaped into a mansion where they barricaded themself into. Unfortunately @Carlos Oliveira got seperated from them and is presumed lost. Wandering around the mansion, they met @Luis Serra, though he didn't elaborate how he ended up there, they decided to move forth together. TL;DR @Carlos Oliveira was substituted for @Luis Serra

Story Time - Night 1

Nothing happened...

Night 1 | Meanwhile in the city...

The lycans have been tearing the city apart! Our fearless investigative reporters are trying their best to get to the bottom of this, but there's an army in their way... an army of zombies. Citizens are advised in this extraordinary time to evacuate, if they're still healthy - or, if they're feeling particularly brave, to help the remaining @S.T.A.R.S. protect the city and destroy the threat!

Day 1 | Organised labour?

The situation has not gotten better overnight. These lycans seem to possess rudimentary intelligence, co-ordination, and class consciousness. They have swarmed the local factory, known for underpaying workers and forcing them into terrible conditions, and now its owner @Karl Heisenberg is dead! Obviously bureaucracy stops for no man, so we're still going to have our @Mayor election. @Participant

Due to a player leaving the server shortly before the game started, some aspects of the game were affected. I can't reveal exactly what was impacted, but the issues have been resolved by adding a new player to the game - @Rose Winters . This should be genuinely un-metaable, but please don't try anyway, obviously.

Night 2 | The W-virus

@Claire Redfield decided to pursue the origin of these lycans, the traces leading them to a library, where upon investigations, they found the notes of some of the researchers detailing something about the creation of a so called 'W-virus'. Unfortunately she didn't have much time before @Generic Zombie #52 and @Mr. X stumbled into the library. "You haven't returned your books young lady!" he yelled at her before a short fight ensued. Luckily for Claire, @Sherry Birkin's mutated lycan dad showed up and killed both of them, letting Claire escape. @Participant

Day 2 | Hurdles to bureaucracy include dying

Meanwhile, in a village just south of Wolf City, @Ethan Winters had found a secret laboratory and was searching for an effective way to cure the lycans with the help of @Rebecca Chambers. Unfortunately, it seems someone was very keen on keeping this out of the public eye... after two hours of them not checking in with command, both were presumed dead. This meant they couldn't run in the @Mayor election! @Participant Please note - no lynch today after angel ascension. This will be fixed soon.

reason for reset: there was a host mistake which people seem unable to stop meta'ing in an entirely incorrect way, and we cannot continue to host because it is affecting a significant chunk of gameplay. i will not be revealing what the host mistake was or anything related to it, but feel free to reveal your roles if you want because there will be a new list.

Those who did complete the event will get a few coins but not as many as planned, as the event will be slightly edited for after the reset!
