A patient saw two people in Section D and four in Section B.

there are four patients in B

The third patient admitted to Ward B had an acute soft tissue injury. The first patient seen by the doctor came from Section B and had compound fractures. The patient who went skydiving without a parachute must be sent to acute care. An acute patient admitted to Section B had eye trauma.

Two acute patients in ward B mentioned to a nurse that another patient was looking severe.

The patient with something in their ear canal and another with a sore back were labeled with the same severity and put in Ward D. The two patients of moderate severity were sent to adjacent wards. The moderate patient in Ward C has a rash.

of the two moderate patients in adjacent wards, one is in C, but neither can be in D (bc in D the patients are of the same severity), so one has to be in B but that means one B patient is moderate and leaves 5 patients in B but we know there's 4 i suspect it's a lying about a clue incident, rather than a mistake, but do you think you could confirm for me that there definitely hasn't been a mistake?
