Day 0 || Pilot Episode All those medical shows that are more about interpersonal drama and people breaking every single ethical code in the doctor's handbook than actual medicine are really popular, so we decided to make our own! Except instead of a handful of medical specialists to join our ragtag hospital task force, we've dragged in every single one we can think of to make a massive cast, Game of Thrones style. Hopefully everyone is still around by the season finale. And of course, to complete the crew we have the morally grey and charmingly awful protagonist @Oncologist, who the hospital will never fire despite her many moral and legal transgressions because she makes for good TV. @Participant

What better way to fuel the first episode than with some hospital drama! In the chaos of a typical Tuesday night, the @Leprologist made a heroic entrance… and tripped over a rolling gurney. Sixteen case files went flying. Symptoms, causes, severity levels and wards— scattered across the floor like spilled coffee and ego. Now, @Head of Diagnostics has "generously delegated" the task of sorting this medical mess to you. Your job: deduce who’s who, what happened to them, what ward they're in, how bad it is, and when they’ll be seen. Remember: no one knows all the details to the case files, but together, you have all the pieces. Head of diagnostics is watching, and if you screw it up… well, let’s just say he’s not the type to let it slide. Good luck, doctors. (You’re gonna need it.) @Participant @Substitute

Day 1 || First Deaths of Wolvespine The staffs of Wolvespine Medical Hospital were busy early in the morning, the bodies of @Blood Specialist and @Psychiatrist were found in the former's room, it looks like they went out pillow fighting a bit too hard. The autopsy revealed that @Blood Specialist started the fight, and @Psychiatrist fought back in defense. [TLDR: Bas died as huntress, and took PKR with him.] @Participant

Night 2 || Crash Bang Oops A pack of rabid raccoons got into the hospital and chewed through the power cables, causing all the power to go out for a while. Thankfully, the @Veterinarian corralled them all, and was awarded @Mayor for his valiant efforts. Meanwhile, the @tsigolonomluP went out to the back to have a smoke and avoid the stress of the situation, but did it too close to the sparking electricals and set herself on fire. Thankfully, we managed to save the @Waiting Room Aquarium from any damage. What's that? The @Sports Physician perished in the ensuing blaze? Sorry, doctors can be replaced, but my tropical fish are forever. TL;DR: Yuki was lynched, Kal is mayor. Also Turtle has subbed for Sin. @Participant

Night 3 || More shenanigans After she tried and failed to save all the now deceased people in the hospital, we carefully combed through the @Surgeon's CV again. Turns out we all misread her credentials, and she's actually a professional sturgeon. She was booted out of the hospital while shouting that she is actually a surgeon. Meanwhile, the @Oncologist decided that the best way to resolve this entire situation was to have her take over the surgeon's job with no surgical training. She doesn't need it when she has witty, cynical one-liners to spout at the patient! Everyone...agreed, for some reason, so she was made @Reporter. @Participant Reminder that the game is now manual so for actions please ping hosts.

Day 3 || Neglected Tropical Diseases Did you know that it's extremely rare to find diseases like Malaria, Chikungunya, Dengue, Yellow fever, typhoid and Leprosy, at least in the western world? This is why when you visit a vulnerable country endemic to those diseases, you should consult your local doctor first, but hey, not all doctors out there know how to treat leprosy because it's a rare diagnosis. Apparently, we found @Leprologist succumbing to leprosy, ironically, after thorough post mortem autopsy. It's a rare disease nigh impossible to contract naturally, so it must be a deliberate infection done by a staff here. [ Light died, elect a guardian ] @Participant

As the last case files are sorted and the days of confusion comes to a close, the doctors trudge to the break room for a much needed team meeting. Once everyone shuffles in, the @Head of Diagnostics sighs and straightens up his documents. "How do you all feel about your performances?" he wearily asks. "Well... I initially felt bad for scattering the files everywhere, but it sure made for some good television!" mused the leprologist as they turn to take a sip from their day-old coffee. Abruptly, the @Dean of Medicine marches over and slaps the mug out of the leprologist's hand. SMASH! "YOU SHOULD STILL FEEL BAD!" he shouted. "We've been backed up for days because of your little mishap as if shifts aren't stressful enough! What were you even doing in the office? We haven't had a leprosy patient in months!" Calming down the outburst, the dean's face turns flush with embarrassment and he turns to march himself back into the corner of the room. "Ahem, sorry about that." said the head of diagnostics while glaring at the broken pieces of ceramic that was now scattered across the floor. "Despite the struggle, you all persevered and showed that you could recover from a messy situation. The team work you all showed makes me very proud. Particularly, I noticed that the @Oncologist , the @Psychiatrist and the @Physician Associate showed exceptional performance. They'll be getting a free coffee each from the staff lounge. The rest of you still have to pay." Grading EVERYONE got a perfect score!! This could be attributed to a great display of teamwork of course! Everyone will be awarded with their prizes later as well as Shapechange, Cookie and PKR getting a little something extra for their extra hard work on sorting through the disaster that took place with out case files! Good work Doctors! You have made an optometrist (me) very proud. 🥹

Night 4 || Lupus and Leprosy After carefully checking everyone at the hospital, we determined that the tropical fish of the @Waiting Room Aquarium were probably contaminated with leprosy, so unfortunately they have had to go. Without my collection of fish to expand, where will I spend all of the hospital's extra money now? Give the @Physician Associate a pay rise? Never!! For his help with diagnosing the fish, the @Veterinarian was going to be given a promotion, but started showing a weird shaped rash on his face. Seems kind of like lupus. "It's never lupus," the @Oncologist muttered under her breath. But we decided to quarantine him and postpone the promotion anyway. TL;DR: @Waiting Room Aquarium was lynched. No one was elected. @Participant

Day 4 | Vet is Ded In the crack of dawn, we were surprised by the sudden unexpected death of the Mayor and veterinarian of wolvespine, @Veterinarian. He looked as if he was mauled by a pack of hyenas, and at the same time, we found evidences of wild animals being released from their enclosures in the laboratory. Upon his death, we discovered his diary and within it, we noticed he hurriedly scribbled The Anaesthetist is an Assistant, revealing @Anaesthetist's little secret, and that doesn't mean much, does it? First thing's first, we have to secure the animals roaming around. [Kal died as Ranger, revealing Matmeistress as Assistant, please elect a mayor] @Participant

Night 5 || why are there so many animals in this hospital oh my god Because the @Anaesthetist was so helpful, running around and assisting people with securing the hyenas, she got promoted! And because the @Pathologist was busy eating pizza instead of doing analysis on all our blood samples to test people for rabies, he was booted out of the hospital unceremoniously. Whelp, let's hope no one develops a sudden aversion to water tonight. TL;DR: Mat is @Mayor, Pizza is lynched. @Participant

Game End It was discovered that the @Dermatologist was using contaminated tools and giving everyone weird gross skin diseases, so he was kicked out of the hospital. He was also the final member of the @Oncologist's hospital clique, and now with no one else to excuse all of her bullshit or engage in toxic vaguely homoerotic behaviour, she's been unceremoniously kicked out of the hospital with about 50 counts of medical malpractice and another 10 counts of actual crimes. Great for the patients of the hospital! Bad for TV! So the series has been cancelled after one season because no one wants to watch doctors actually be normal. But now the @Neurologist, @Toxicologist and @Cardiologist can run their hospital in peace. Town wins! @Participant @Dead Participant @Spectator
