Basics
The Chansey is a normal bidoof, with one exception: they can never change pokemon.
Details
When a pokemon changing ability affects the Chansey, it fails. If the ekans tries to infect the chansey the infection fails and nothing happens. If a manaphy tries to heart swap the Chansey it happens normally, however if the Chansey is attacked they will faint instead of turning phione.
