If another player requests to be substituted, you may take that player's role. For now you can use this channel to take notes if you are trying to follow the game already.
Hello.
My name is Arch I. Vist.
I am he to apply for the archivist position at your fine company.
My best qualities include stuff like (and are not exclusive to), putting stuff in chronological order, remembering where I put things, doing tasks in an orderly fashion, documentation of all things (you should see my journal… well, I go through a 500 page journal every day just documenting everything I do, I then archive my journals in my own storage warehouse. Yes, it’s a hobby too).
I believe this job is meant for me due to my love for your company and also my love for archiving things.
Please hire me and I promise you will never have an issue finding information again.
Thank you so much for your time and I look forward to hearing back from you.
Kind regards
Arch I. Vist.

need to know what kind of data im archiving before i can suggest the best method for you
18:49
yes?
yes to....
uhhh.
18:50
okay, well ill assume generic business data then.
but i will make a report for game data as well.
give you all the options so you can choose what method best suits your needs
From what i can tell (being new to the company and combing through your current archiving methods), it seems that the data previously was public to those working for the company. However, i believe with the firing of Mike Werewolf, the data has been archived in more private methods?
I will have a tough time suggesting archiving methods if i dont have access to the content you wish to archive.
Anyways, my suggestion to a form of archiving data
A
colour coordination is a favourite of people i have archived for. This allows for quick scanning of documents to find what they may be looking for.
some categories you may want to colour coordinate is;
Seasons; this would be made into a single colour dot and would be the first of 2 dots.
Winning team; This would be the second of the coloured dots. This would allow from a quick scan to see winners of specific games.
And an optional series of dots would be for UA wins, this would be an optional dot depending on how well UA did in that game.
B
Date range for each game
This would further help archive data in a chronological order.
This method would also help if the data is electronically archived as many electronic sorting methods has an option to sort in chronological order with the simple press of a button.
C
within the game documents creating hyperlinks which expand the days in greater detail.
this will help keep the base data which may be scanned minimal, then if more information is needed about a specific occurrence, the hyperlink (or do drop down) and the details of the event can be quickly viewed.
D
Custom roles for each player within the company which relate to achievements and progress.
this will further help archive as, within the company, the staff will be able to quickly see how well people are performing and may further research their exact performance from within the archived data.
Other Archiving
Place a face recognition software onto the cameras in the office. (if there isnt cameras, get some) With this, you may be able to program and set up a cross referencing program which can record how much time each employee spends at their desk, then reference the submission times of their projects.
This will help you to see who is working efficiently as well and then take actions with people that are not carrying their weight.
This may not seem like archiving, however, i assure you, it is.
With this method, sorting people and their work (seeing as people have specific jobs) may help to keep things in a specific order to be able to comb through the correct data.
example.
enter into the facial recognition software "nick".
Additionally, look up his submissions.
you see he has submitted 3 reports in the last 2 weeks.
Then you will get an AI program to scan all the security footage to see how long he has been at his desk.
You may note that he is under performing due to all the data you receive. Perhaps you would like to reprimand him, or offer him incentives to work harder.
The archiving aspect to this process will be stored in his own personal file. Again, i recommend doing colour coordination to show how efficient he has been. And if his productivity improves, you may want to change his colour to one that better represents productivity being better.
This overall method of archiving will help you in many ways around the office.
A- monitor worker efficiency
B- sort through the work of specific employees
C- build an environment of efficiency due to the all seeing computer software.
D- SUCCESS AND PROFIT!

The Recluse is immediately notified of all powers used on them. When a member of the werewolf team uses a power on them, they are given that werewolf's identity.
Details
The Recluse is told which role targeted them and what power was used on them, but not the identity of the player that used a power on them. An exception are members of the werewolf team - when they use a power on the Recluse, the Recluse is told the identity of that player as well. When a player uses a power from an extra role on a Recluse, the Recluse sees the extra role, not the player's main role (but they still also see the player's identity for werewolf team members).
The Recluse is not a lycan and is not part of the wolfpack.
Should a wolfish player attempt to attack the Recluse, the attack fails.

Tracking Wolf [Werewolf Investigative]
Basics
Each night, the Tracking Wolf may find out how much of a threat a player is to the pack.
Details
Each night, the Tracking Wolf may check the category of a player's role to find out how much of a threat they are to the pack. The Tracking Wolf only learns how much of a threat the player is and not the role's category.
For townsfolk and solo categories, investigative and killing roles are considered a major threat; power, recruitment and group roles a significant threat; and miscellaneous roles a slight threat.
Werewolf killing roles are considered a slight threat. All other werewolf roles, as well as all unaligned roles, are not considered a threat.
The Tracking Wolf’s check is an immediate ability. The Tracking Wolf is affected by strong disguises and redirections.
This is going to be a time consuming process, but in the end, will be much easier to scan through items.
1. With all prior games and the documentation method, we will first have to look at each file individually and determine what colours to add to the document.
seasons will be fairly easy as the documents should already be ordered as such, from my knowledge of the previous filing method, they would simply only need a colour added per season.
winning team would require opening the file. This would be fairly quick seeing as you would simply only need to find the one key word (being [role] wins). Note, it is important that we have a predetermined colour for this before colour coordinating the seasons. i would suggest; town- white, wolves- red, solo- yellow, UA- green. However, you may choose to change this.
Date range - this part would require that the previous games were documented as such. If they werent, we may have to disregard this for previous documents and simply sort based on seasons. Moving forward however; a date range should be added to all game documents to easier sort the documents.
Hyperlinks - again, this may require quite a bit of work if wanting to implement across all games. But, this could be done using some copy pasting of what is already entered into the previous documents. 1. look at each document and scan through the days events, with each days event, copy the more detailed information, then create a hyperlink on a short formed version of that event. Then paste the more detailed event into the hyperlink. Delete the original. Doing this will help for quicker scanning of the game that has been played and create more concise scanning if opening the documents.
Custom roles - This work would be done before implemented. You would first have to determine which types of roles you would like to offer and also what the task is for achieving said goal. An example of this could be role based achievements;
EG.
As a pyromancer - successfully ignite 5+ players.
Other achievements could include;
winning streaks
if a player wins 5 games in a row, they would get the role.
sole survivor
be the last player alive in a game
badges for being naughty to alert others that this person has been naughty in the past. which may be a good way to alert hosts to watch out for said person. This is not meant to be a shameful role, more so a warning to them for future games.
2. implementation
This aspect is fairly simple as we already have created the new standards we need to follow for better archiving.
Do not archive without having the required procedures followed.
This can also be in part done during the game
example, add the achievement to the document before the game ends.
Date range would be done before the game starts
Hyperlinks and details would be added each day. (hyperlink - actions in short form-> expand on the details in the hyperlink expanded)
Season colour would be added before the game starts also
3. Maximum success
you have succeeded! archive complete!

1. send our facial recognition needs to our automation department.
2. demand that they make it happen.
3. install around office!
4. moniter closely to make sure software is working
5. once satisfied with results...... fire all who are slacking based on what the results are of the automation facial recognition software (AFRS)(edited)
