Hello sir, I know it's only been one day since I was hired but I feel like I should report this incident. I would like to talk about Sleepy Security Officer's behaviour at the office today. As instructed, I was looking to do the task I was given so I asked them for assistance. When approaching them, not only did they immediately say they lack the experience needed to help me, they also suggested delegating my task to an intern who also had their own job to accomplish. "The pecking order is super useful That's your first lesson In ur training U gotta abuse the existance of the interns As much as possible" This shows a clear lack of integrity and abuse of power, as well as willingless to instill a set of counterproductive morals into a junior game master rather than looking out for their growth, and indirectly the growth of the company. As I was also in a position of power imbalance at the time I didn't dare confront them about it, but instead thought it to be wiser to contact HR privately. Additionally, though I would not know, the Senior Game Master also seems to have lied to the intern about my task, making her think she was competing with another intern for a promotion. It honestly makes me doubt the decision to put Sleepy Security Officer in such a power position.
