When Mike Werewolf, long-time CEO of the company, saw the numbers go down for the company he realized only drastic actions could solve the problems of the once so great company: he simply fired everyone but himself. This did not go over well with the Stakeholders, who decided to fire Mike Werewolf, long-time CEO of the company, leaving the company with no employees. They then decided to rehire for a small percentage of positions opened up, resulting in a downsizing still, but a less drastic one then the one executed by Mike Werewolf, long-time CEO of the company. Game Rules Here are the mechanics of the game. Applications

Up to 3 applications per day, needs to be for a specific position
We have 5 keywords per position, we check applications for the keywords ⇒ Determines a level from 1-5
If position is free, then 1 keyword is sufficient to get hired. Otherwise you need more keywords than the current employee. If that is the case they are immediately fired.
Salary is based on amount of keywords, with pre-defined salaries for 1, 2, 3 and >=4 keywords
For pay raise requests we check if it has any additional keywords

Living Arrangments

Certain positions require a specific living arrangement or above
Homeless worsens your health by 1 each day
House/Mansion improves your health by 1 each day

Sickness

Your health starts at 1 and cannot go lower. If it reaches 10 you die.
At the end of the day we apply your health changes based on living arrangements
We then roll a value from 1-10. If your health is equal or above to the rolled value you get sick
We roll a value from 1-7 to determine what sickness you get. Each number corresponds to a specific sickness. The medicine price corresponds to the rolled value times 10.
When you get a sickness, your health worsens by 1
For each day you have an untreated sickness, your health worsens by 1
If you are sick in the morning you are fired

Jobs

Each day you get a task
If you do not complete your task at all, you are fired
If you complete your task incorrectly twice, you are fired

Taxes

For each tax evasion your tax evasion counter increases by 1
If you pay tax late willingly without getting caught you are fined an additional 50% of the value for each day it is late
At the end of the day we roll a value from 1-5. If your tax evasion counter is greater or equal to the rolled value you are caught for tax fraud and fined for three times the amount of daily tax
You can choose to not pay the fine without any consequences

Debt

If your balance is negative at the end of the day, you are charged an overdraft fee of 10%
Additionally we roll a value from 1-5. If the amount of days you have had a negative balance in succession is greater or equal to the rolled value you are evicted (even if you are homeless) and may not use this type of living arrangement for the rest of the game.
