if there was pyro and wisp, there should have been 3 powders... maybe one person is still powdered... because luffy said i will die to prove he is wanger but others also said they are wanger I could just be powdered but someone protected me because of the public announcement, which means I could die next night, so I am voting luffy (and bc his accusations agains me)
