The Angel wins when they are lynched.

Details (1/2)

When the Angel wins, the Angel ascends and stops playing and the game continues. In addition, the following lynch will be canceled. The Angel may select a player that dies when the Angel is lynched, if this player has voted for the Angel when the Angel is lynched, it is announced and they will also die. The Angel may change their target once per phase, with 1 emergency change to be used whenever the Angel wants to. The Angel cannot select themself. Targetting a player is an immediate effect. The Angel may choose to target nobody. If they haven’t selected a (valid) target, a random player that has voted for the Angel is selected instead. If the Angel is lynched by unusual means (e.g. by the invisible Stalker votes or the Executioner selecting them) the player responsible for this will die with the Angel. If nobody except the Angel has voted for the Angel, the Angel dies and does not win.

If the Angel's target didn't vote for the Angel, but did put invisible votes on the Angel, they are considered a valid target.

you can choose someone whenever you like! generally, if you want to choose someone randomly, we have a randomiser command you should use (do $help roll to find out about it), but i'll let this one slide

I can see how it would come in handy like if I found out new info and I was about to be lynched and I needed to switch it really fast

basically, you can change your target once every phase for free. if you want to change your target a second time during the phase, it will consume your emergency change: you only get one emergency change, so you can only do that once

you can also delay your changes: this means that you can tell me to "delay target arch", and i'll execute that change at the end of the phase, instead of immediately. because delayed actions don't happen immediately, you can change them for free up until they're executed. does this make sense?
