Each night, the Horseman of Pestilence may doom a player. Too sick to act, any attempt of that player to use an ability during the following day and night will fail.

Details

Dooming a player is an immediate effect. For the following day and night, any attempts to use an active ability will fail for that player, as they will be role blocked. For more information, check $i doom. The Horsemen win when everyone else is dead.

Dooming a player is an immediate effect. Each Horseman type will apply a different effect when dooming. When a Horseman attempts to doom another Horseman, it fails: the two Horsemen unite, joining a shared channel. Doomed players are informed that they have been doomed, but not which Horseman doomed them. Doomed players can be doomed again by the same or a different Horseman. Dooming and its accompanying effect will immediately disappear when no Horsemen remain. When all remaining Horsemen are united and all remaining players doomed, Doomsday is unleashed: Each living Horseman turns into an Apocalyptic Horseman, with the ability to attack a player each night.

so, say if someone is being very active during D0/N1, and you know they're usually active as powerful town and less so as other roles, then you have good reason to believe they're pr, and thus target them. if you know someone is always a very active player, and tries to organise town if they're town, but you don't have other reason to believe they're town, then that's meta and essentially targeting players "because they're good", which we don't allow
