i was going to suggest us teaming up to lynch luffy out of spite for double crossing all of us so he can control who wins but allegedly that is 'gamethrowing' and 'not allowed' but know that if it was allowed i would do it with no hesitation

Tbf, yeah, voting him out of spite would be gamethrowing. Although he is not loyal to anyone and will backstab you at first moments notice probably. As you said he is kingmaking and betraying everyone else. Tbf I think the only slim chance of you winning is lynching me I guess. Even if you will likely be betrayed by Luffy. If you weren't guaranteed to loose otherwise, I feel like you could vote Luffy for that reason.
