I actually just had to check this myself, but yes it does show up. Jury only checks for town roles, not town aligned players. However Jury only reveals the role not the player (So its announced in public that the Jury found the Cupid, but only the Jury knows who the Cupid is)(edited)
this is almost impossible to actually occur however (one possibility of this is a cupid picking a town player, and the cupid than being infected by the infected wolf. The couple is solo aligned afterwards. The town player is then solo aligned even though they have a town role.)(edited)
The cupid variant for having a wolf lover is also town aligned by default, but together with the wolf's win condition it combines into a solo win condition
what i am really hoping for is if a wolf contacts me thinking i'm outside of pack and that way i can use wager to 'prove' myself and get into wolf trusted but that's unlikely to happen so i will probably just do nothing
might be worth protecting myself in that case tho
honestly this is a stupid situation because it's town's fault for bandwagoning on making me mayor and i can't defend myself without making me look like a wolf target and getting nked anyway

At the start of the game the Cerberus’ soul is added to the hell team’s pool of souls, and they are soulless afterwards.
The Cerberus cannot use souls from the soul pool.
Every day the Cerberus can choose to send an offer of protection to another player. The Cerberus cannot send their offer to a soulless player.
The offer is sent at the start of the night. The recipient then may choose to accept the offer or ignore it.
Accepting the offer is immediate and cannot be changed. Once the offer is accepted the recipient’s soul is immediately added to the soul pool.
After accepting the offer, the recipient is protected from any attacks for the rest of the night.
Should the recipient be attacked and die, the Cerberus dies instead and the role and identity of the attacker is revealed in the Hell team’s channel.
Members of the Hell team cannot change role or betray the team in any way.
