The Devout Villager is a normal citizen, with one exception: they can never change role.

All the Butchers share a secret channel and know each other. Exactly one Butcher is actually a werewolf spy called the bloody butcher.

If a player is attacked several times in one night, the list of blocks is synchronously handled step by step for all attacks. This means first all attackers will simultaneously be affected by absences, then all of them will be affected by defenses, etc. For conflicts (e.g. when a Lone Wolf and the wolfpack attack the same Runner) roles are first prioritized according to their team (Townsfolk first, then Werewolf, and lastly any other role), then, if necessary, alphabetically within these three categories (e.g. Assassin before Priest). If a conflict still exists (two Lone Wolves attacking the same Runner) a random attacker is chosen to be prioritized. Groups are a special case and are prioritized before any single role attacks and sorted alphabetically according to the group name, not the attacker's role. Each night, the Vampire may demonize one player. During even numbered nights, they may demonize two. The target will not know they are demonized. If a demonized player is killed in the night, they will instead turn into an undead and join the Underworld Team. The Vampire wins the game if all players are either Vampire, dead or undead.
