They may than pick one of these roles, and if they survive the day, this role is announced to the wolfpack at the start of the night. The wolfpack knows this information is from the Archivist Fox, but doesn't know the second role they learned.

The Archivist Fox is not affected by any disguises, obstructions or redirections, as they check the role list rather than any players. They can only learn each role once, except when the role is on the role list several times, in which case they may see the role as many times as it is on the list. If there are no roles remaining unchecked in a category, the Archivist Fox is informed that no roles remain.
