Sharl Eclair can only be Citizen or Sneaking Wolf, coz it was a Ranger result. And Rangers aren't affected by weak disguises such as the Hell Team.

Only the Sneaking Wolf has a strong disguise.

So if that's Luffy according to Harry...how many Citizen should I expect?

I think this is safe to share with you.

The Cit List - Time - Cit - reasonably chatty, susing Luffy. Shows cit to wager investigate according to Mojo - Leilaboo - claims cit according to Turtle who claims to be targetting. Eventually claimed it to me but nothing else. - Mojo - Had to cc, says been busy but chatty since last night. Says got wager and checked Time as asked, came back cit - Captain Luffy - shows as cit to FT. Oddly quiet / uncaring for any alignment. - Wyatt - reasonably chatty, susing Time on basis of town square. "not sure" on Arch but agreed they're capable of being as 'helpful' when sus as town - Monastery Harry - says not talking to anyone not from Orc's, still claiming cit - Jean D. Arch - Most chatty, heavily pushing Luffy and poking. Either most town or most scum more likely lol

Wyatt showed Cit to FT as well

TK killed Turtle coz he was claiming my role..but then TK is dead too. Obv we don't have extra deaths so I think that's known anyway.
