If the game started with more than 20 players, the Shepherd may tag three players each night, instead of two. If no members of the flock team or channel remain all players are no longer herded, however they are not informed about this.

If an enchanted player is an investigative role, that is affected by obstructions, they will have a 60% chance that the player is displayed as a Flute Player, and a 40% chance for the inspection to happen normally, whenever they attempt to inspect a player. This effect will disappear once no members of the Flute Player channel or team remain. The players are not told when the effect disappears. The Flute Player is able to enchant 1 player for every ten players in the game (rounded). They may not enchant a member of the flute team or channel. Players are privately informed when they become sleepless. The Reaper cannot become sleepless, nor can other members of the nightmare team or channel. The Reaper cannot use any powers on a player they have already turned sleepless, unless it's a power that specifically requires sleepless players to work. However, when a sleepless player uses a power on the Reaper, their power fails and the Reaper automatically attacks them (immediate). One exception is that sleepless players may still target the Reaper. If no members of the nightmare team or channel remain all players are no longer sleepless, however they are not informed about this.

Details They start off with rodents that carry the plague. They have one rodent for every five players in the game (rounded). If there are several Plague Bearers they know each other. The Plague Bearers rodent counts are combined and each Plague Bearer may use one rodent per night. During every night, they may free one of their rodents to contaminate another player. Contaminated players will be affected by the disease. If the Plague Bearer attempts to contaminate an already contaminated player, they are informed, but the rodent is still used up.
