Usually I'd say the Butchers should reveal since the pack knows anyway

but I'm unsure about how it is with the Vampires

though we already don't trust the Butchers so it doesn't really matter, does it?

yeah I can't think of major downsides

advantages: 1) only 1 wolf can claim butcher 2) assassin and FT will have extra info which they can use however they'd like

CCs: No ccs yet, I don't really know what to do, but I'd assume ccing butchers isn't worth it so I'll wait for butchers to reveal I think

1) Butchers reveal 2) FT checks a single Butcher 3a) Bloody Butcher -> The other two Butchers are trustworthy 3b) Butcher -> One of the Butchers are trustworthy 4) The FT now has a person that can be trusted

if the Lone Wolf targets Butchers I'm pretty sure there chances are worse

Lone Wolf target Butcher: 33.33% friendly fire 66.66% Butcher dead Lone Wolf target anyone: 29.41% friendly fire 70.59% enemy dead Lone Wolf target not-Butcher: 28.57% friendly fire 71.43% enemy dead

this is insignificant

the risk for the Lone Wolf to contact Bloody Butcher is also way too high

we can improve these odds by only revealing 2 random butchers for a Lone Wolf target not-Butcher: 33.33% or 26.66% (avg 30.00%) friendly fire 66.66% or 73.33% (avg 70.00%) enemy hit

and if we consider the chances of the Butcher pair it'd be: 71.11% enemy dead 28.88% friendly fire

which is ever so slightly worse than a literal random attack

Who are the Butchers? If the butchers decide 2 Butchers to reveal this is no advantage for any non-town team (revealing all 3 Butchers would be a slight advantage for the wolves). Having 2 Butchers revealed will be an advantage for town as it will provide the town power roles with extra info that the wolves already have. (draft)

assuming Orctin is Butcher me telling him this is good, if he's BB it's not bad because if he uses it against town it'd be kinda obvious (if you get this during like N1 and I'm dead already and all three Butchers are revealed than be suspicious)

is there any way town has a chance to profit from a mayor? (edited)

1) solo elected, bad 2) wolf elected, bad 3) journalist elected, ?? 3a) journalist killed by wolves, slightly good maybe since a journalist death would be better than FT/Assassin but like eh 3b) journalist killed by wolves, turns undead, bad 3c) journalist not attacked, everyone will still think they're undead and we can't trust them anyway 4) ft/assassin elected, ?? 4a-c) same as 3a-c) but like worse since losing those is worse 5) butcher elected, ?? 5a-c) same as 3a-c), I guess

for once I think mayor is probably a bad idea

however wolves getting it would be very bad as well

I'd recommend electing lynch target probably I think

There's a pretty decent chance wolves wouldn't even attack the Mayor knowing they're likely to be demonized, but it doesn't really help since the Mayor couldn't be trusted anyway
