There is no specific success/failure feedback for the Wisp. If the Wisp action fails in any way I just provide a simple generic failure message since otherwise it may be unclear whether we are working on a #story_time message or not. (edited)

If this situation occurred, the Wisp's action would fail to do anything visible. Hence we'd provide a generic failure message to show that we aren't working on a #story_time, same as for any other possible failure reason.

The only way for the Wisp to get real feedback for their action is via #story_time
