Yes, most roles usually don't exist more than once but it's not impossible

Most common role to appear more than once being citizen

Well, 2 things about that: -They're very likely not werewolf as werewolf get a kill every night, odds are they're town -If there's a mayor alive at the start of the day, there's an election for the reporter role. Whoever gets voted to be reporter gets to look at the roles of all the dead people. Just like mayor, it's like an extra role, not one you can have by default
