Let's say somehow the 5 percent happens where CDW is town. We can break this down into 2 situations. 1. He shoots the other runner. If this happens then we're going to be left with 5 town, 3 evil, with all 3 evil known (the other runner claims)

2. He shoots one of the 3 evils. This leaves with 6 town, with 2 evil between the 3 remaining runner claims

if Harper's voted Mayor, even if we lynch wrong twice, we'll have the advantage at the 2v2 situation, because of Harper and evils are confirmed

Let's say Harper dies at the 7v2 -> 6v2 situation, and shoots wrong. It'd be a 5v2. However, there's only 1 possible mislynch. After that it's a 3v2

Likewise if Harper dies at the 5v2 -> 4v2 situation, and shoots wrong, it's 3v2 but evils are confirmed
