also my theory is that cloud was a fletcher who targetted a wolf and the wolf wanted to keep the fletcher powers so they killed him before it could be revoked

I have a AT claim, that has supposedly seen Internet as a Threat. I asked Internet and he claims Citizen with no fletcher which shouldn't be seen as threatening
