Day 0 | A small town In the little town known as Topsborough, Population: 21, everything was known to be very quiet. All the townsfolk knew each other, and had many gatherings such as townhall dinners, weekly potato farming and many other festivities. Until a hooded individual suddenly came to down. They began writing symbols in the gravel outside of the town hall, and spoke in a language no one understood. All the folk of Topsborough ran to the townhall to figure out what was going on, but that was their first mistake of many. The ground began shaking, as the hooded figure raised their hands. Purple light shined from the symbols, as small tendrils began flying towards the townsfolk. As each of the tendrils hit the folk of Topsborough they fell over, and went into a deep trance. The last think they all remember hearing was: "Sleep, Sleep long... For tonight will be anything but fun." ----- @Participant

Your favourite criminal is hereby announcing the resignation of the previous town.... owner?? As his final act, he requested we choose an actual democratically elected Mayor tomorrow. Also this is Knifesborough now.

Night 1 | Slumber of Sorrow The folk of Topsborough had begun to wake up, and had next to no memory of what had happened before everything turned dark. Everyone went around the town and murmured the quote "Sleep, Sleep long... For tonight will be anything but fun." and tried to figure out what it could mean. @The Fantastical Frog thought to himself, what if it was all just a prank by the neighboring town? They could have spiked our drinking water with sleeping powder, and made us all believe we had been cursed or something like that, but he quickly shook out the idea of it being a prank as the purple tendrils had seemed to create a dome around the whole of Topsborough. @The Occult Confectioner went to the town border, and tried to touch the shiny but mysterious border, but has been flung away from it with a giant zap leaving him confused and slight hurt. Could this really mean that the town had been cursed, and is the hooded figure still roaming around among us? ----- @Participant

Day 1 | The first of many As folk left their small homes after a silent night, people didn't know what to expect. The usual birds they would hear in the mornings, has been replaced with crows cawing. There was a dark and eery feeling to the whole of Topsborough, and everything actually ended up seeming fine. Until @Alchemical Master Akira, @Cool Dude Wizard and @Intermediate Wizard Ikki went to the pumpkin field at the edge of town, and in the once youthful and lively apple tree. A rope, and a mutilated corpse was hanging alongside the now rotten apples. It was not until later that day, they figured out that it was the body of @The Sky Sorcerer. It seemed as if they had been bitten, scratched and partly eaten by wild animals, and then gotten hung up into the tree for public display! Was this some psychopath who tried to get a point across, or did it have to do with the hooded figure and what he did to our town? At least for now, we can try and find a @Mayor (> 15) for the town, and let someone lead the town, but one person had mysteriously been scratched off of all the voting tickets, and could no longer be voted for... It was @Tarot Reader Topkinsme. ----- @Participant

Night 2 | Our leader is here The first day had ended and most of the townsfolk seemed to agree that @Intermediate Wizard Ikki was the one behind the murder from the previous night. The newly elected @Mayor (> 15), @Cool Dude Wizard, decided to get rid of the suspect by a good old lynch in the center of the town square. Will the curse still be around tomorrow? The townsfolk were still very scared of what could happen at night.. ------ @Participant

Day 2 | The Bathtub Once again, the folk of Topsborough woke up and heard the lovely sound of... crows... That most mean that the curse of the town had yet to be lifted, and that the hooded figure must still roam around in the town, but wait... That means that... that someone could have been hurt again! The town frantically searched around, and made sure everyone was there, but two people were missing. Both @Venerated Veteran Vera and @Tarot Reader Topkinsme did not show up for the headcount. The town already knew what probably happened, but they went to @Venerated Veteran Vera's home anyway... A putrid smell hit their faces when they opened the door, as they saw blood being splattered all across the floor. It seemed as if @Venerated Veteran Vera did not die without a fight, because when they opened the bathroom door, the white tiles on the walls had been smeared with blood, and in the bathtub @Venerated Veteran Vera was laying. The town was filled with sorrow, that they decided to leave her home before someone would vomit. They then wanted to check @Tarot Reader Topkinsme's home, but a note was left on the door saying "Enter at your own risk"... No one was brave enough to open the door, to figure out what was on the other side, but an even more putrid smell could be smelled through the door, so it most definitely is not a sight that the faint hearted would want to see. Maybe when we get a @Reporter today, they would be willing to investigate @Tarot Reader Topkinsme's murder! ------ @Participant

Night 3 | Playing with the devil As the night fell upon on, @Intern Alchemist Alien was already standing on their podium ready to get killed. As the noose was placed around their neck, and the lever pulled the scream could be heard across the town. The tendrils flew out of @Intern Alchemist Alien and thereafter into the sky. It was only because of @Hexperette that we were able to find this culprit said the mayor. We should announce them to be the @Reporter . Everyone agreed, as folk left the lynch. Maybe now we could finally sleep safely, and in the morning we could maybe figure out if we can get this horrible horrible dome gone from our home! However, both @Alchemical Master Akira and @Hexper were found completely lifeless. They must have been killed right before the lynch happened! ------ @Participant (edited)

Day 3 | It's not over Another night has passed and it did not take long before the mayor, @Cool Dude Wizard, ran fully panicked onto the town square claiming he woke up to @The Cursed Captain's head in his house! The town slowly erupted into chaos as more of the townsfolk woke up and got to know about the situation.. What really happened tonight? Where is the rest of his body? It will remain a mystery as no clues were found. It's clear the town is in need of some way to protect the townsfolk, so the @Guardian is elected! @Participant

Night 4 | Mystery solved! The town clearly agreed that @Senior Sorcerer Steinator was the one behind the killing last night and decided to lynch him right on the spot. Quickly it became known that the body belonging to the head found in @Cool Dude Wizard's house this morning was hidden in @Senior Sorcerer Steinator's closet! This sounds like we finally found the murderer and hopefully this has put an end to the killings finally... The position of @Guardian was still given to @Witch of the Wastes Wyatt, because this town clearly needs a way to protect themselves

Day 4 | Today's the Day! As the last few folk of Topsborough gathered around in the morning, they found the body of @Dragon of Devastation cut up in small pieces. Someone really seemed to have had a hatred towards him. But nevertheless, the tendril dome had yet to disappear which would mean that someone had to still be bad in the town. The folk began chanting "Lynch! Lynch! Lynch!" and so it was decided that someone should get lynched tonight, and the @Guardian also decided that they would defend someone! Yes! Themselves! ----- @Participant

And since you guys like to complain for lack of reasoning: 1) Lied about their claim multiple times, Cit, Runner, Fletcher -> Vera (who was not customer) 2) there are too many runner claims and tof is one of them 3) Trying to lynch a mayor who has pushed on scum and gotten them lynched

Night 5 | Riot! "RIOT, RIOT, RIOT!" could be heard across town. @Witch of the Wastes Wyatt had started a riot to ensure the towns safety, and the who point was to get the @Mayor (<= 15) lynched! @Cool Dude Wizard was the one who had run the town until now, but that would now come to an abrupt ending with them being lynched! @Cool Dude Wizard's last words were to ensure that the town would be ridded of all evil beings, before it would be corrupted entirely. Maybe @Witch of the Wastes Wyatt will be able to rid the town, with this riot? ----- @Participant

Day 5 | The poem The story of Wyatt, you might deny it. He started a riot, and became werewolf diet. Plan he had, and wanted to apply it, now he is nothing but quiet... This was the poem that was found carved into the flesh of @Witch of the Wastes Wyatt. Why would anyone want to kill the person that had possibly just saved the town from a corrupt @Mayor (<= 15)? ----- @Participant

Night 6 | Under the sea! @Denizen of the Deep knew it was their time to go... So they jumped into the river to end their own life before the town could lynch them. Was this the right choice? No one will know until the town has been ridded of the curse... For now, lets all sleep through this lovely night. ----- @Participant

Day 6 | The end? It was no surprise that yet again another body was found.. This time it was @The Occult Confectioner with scratch marks all over them. However, @Ghost of the Gales was happier than ever, it seemed they achieved their life long goal and started to ascend, with every remaining townsfolk around to see what was happening! They were not sure what this meant exactly but there is no @Guardian so we might as well elect one. @Participant

Night 7 The town could feel it. There was just one wolf left and that was @Junior Magician Jayanna. The lynch happened quickly as the wolf could not wait till the end of the day. Townsfolk and Psychopath win! @Participant (edited)
