You can also use $cc create_hidden <CC Name> <List of Player> instead. This will hide who created the channel.
Once a CC has been created there are 3 other useful commands:
$cc add <List of Players> can add more people to a cc (List of Players has the same format as in .cc create)
$cc remove <List of Players> can remove someone from a cc.
and finally: $cc list lists all players that are currently in the cc.

$info <role name> shows information about a role!
Other
You can also use $list to get a list of all players and their emoji.
Additionally, $alive lists all alive players
$help shows what other commands you are able to do. (For example also $cc promote, etc)
