The fact that everyone can make infinite CCs will always resolve in some claims being duplicate
and then they will be outed as evil

yeah but it gives town a huge buff bcs then they'll know that 1 of these runner claims are wolf, and then other factors will clearly show who are on the ww team
basically, unlimited ccs have proven to be a huge buff to town
like even role lists that are wolf sided ended up with a town win
