There definitely are not two town criers. If alien said there were, he lied. Therefore he is probably not receptionist. Receptionist is too high risk for a wolf to be likely to faleclaim, and Chef has no need to infiltrate inno group. Therefore he is very probably devil or demon. If I had to guess I would say he's more likely devil just based on historical devil and demon strats
My confidence that he isn't receptionist is 90%. That's sufficient to take as a certainty
