Underneath the cherry blossoms and the setting sun
Next to high building with low windows
The sunlight plays with the shadows
And the people disappear from the street
Underneath oak trees and the moonlit night
Hedgehogs crawl through the leaves
The night shows her beautiful side
And the people dance around a bonfire
There, where spring and fall are a feast
There, where winter and summer are but seasons
There, where the night is prettier than the day
There, where I saw my dream
And the wind blew through the streets
The sun went down and the sky turned from blue to orange, pink and red
And then the darkness came, as if Wolfslake had gone to bed
There was only a small light, though not in the streets nor in the houses
It was the sky, lit up by a full moon
Everyone knew what it meant. Lock the doors, barricade the windows.
A curse that taunts the town. A full moon meant trouble.
A full moon in a town that is changing meant double trouble.
And as the last citizen put down their hammer, used to nail planks to a doorframe, the clock chimed.
And as if it was all organized by a greater force, a cloud drifted in front of the moon.
The day is over
The night has begun...

Morning always arrives quicker than expected
As if it taunts you, teases you, it keeps you awake
The sunlight warms your face
And you know you have to go
In the morning, it's silent and cold
The morning dew presses leaves on the trees down
But inside, inside it's warm and pleasant
In a warm bed where it's always better
And then you get up and it's still silent
The warmth of your bed is gone
It makes way for the sun
And you know that the day has begun
The morning came quicker than expected for most people. They went to bed, fell asleep and just woke up hours later, well rested and ready for a new excited day.
@Dennis was up early and walked through the street. On the way to his job, the fresh smell of morning dew made way for a worse smell.
His curiosity made him follow whatever horrible smell that was.
He walked around the corner and saw something that would haunt him forever.
He had reached the town's square, and he was not the only one there.
Right next to eachother, there lay the dead bodies of @marhjo and @Leilaboo. He rang the alarm bell and soon the town gathered in the square.
"If we had a Mayor, this would've never happened!" @Jayanna yelled through the square. Everyone mumbled some words of agreement.
"Someone should pay for this double murder." She yelled again, and again, the citizens of Wolfslake agreed.
Today, Wolfslake would vote for a Mayor
But also, there would be a vote to lynch a citizen of Wolfslake

Stars will appear out of nowhere
They're there and they won't leave
It keeps you awake and alert
They're there to make you feel safe
I used to think stars were the souls of the dead
When people died, the sky would get brighter
What would happen if too many people died?
Would the sky be lit up forever?
And the sun shone its last rays of the day. The shadows of the people in the town's square were long.
On a little podium stood the newly announced @Mayayor (> 15) , @Fantome.
"Today, nobody will die. It's just too cruel."
And so the citizens went to bed as usual.
But the feeling of unease stayed there, haunting their dreams.
And the stars, they lit up the sky.

The sun, as always
It rose high up above the clouds
The day has begun
Has a morning ever
Been as awful as this one
I want to sleep again
Mornings have always been peaceful in Wolfslake. Just the sounds of people yawning and birds tweeting.
But it was silent this morning. Too silent. As if something was wrong.
And something was wrong.
Some of the earlybirds of the town were making their way to their work, and walked through the town square, where they stumbled upon a sight most disturbing.
@Fantome hung from the Mayor's platform, his feet mere inches above the ground. He was swaying slowly in the wind, like a limp doll. On the platform lay another body. It was @Mjnstag. His throat was slit and he was laying in a puddle of his own blood. Next to the puddle, someone had drawn an arrow with his blood. The traumatized citizens carefully followed the arrow. It pointed towards the fountain, where they found @DarDragon24. He laid in the fountain, and seemed to have been drowned or suffocated by force, there were bruises all over his neck. Next to him lay @Simran, who also seemed to have met his end the sameway. One of the citizens had gone to the clock tower to sound the alarm bell and came upon a sight even worse.
@Bluedancer03 was crucifued op the door of the clock tower. A message was written above his head.
this will NOT end!
And so the sun rose but the mood was dark as night

A free bird leaps
on the back of the wind
and floats downstream
till the current ends
and dips his wing
in the orange sun rays
and dares to claim the sky.
But a bird that stalks
down his narrow cage
can seldom see through
his bars of rage
his wings are clipped and
his feet are tied
so he opens his throat to sing
[Caged Bird - Maya Angelou]
The bird in the cage represents the citizens of Wolfslake.
Trapped in rage and sorrow.
They lost their friends and family.
@SpikedJackson decided to riot. He called the town together, decreed himself Mayor and decided that someone must pay for the losses.
And the town, filled with anger, in need of revenge, agreed.
So they decided to kill @Vyryn. They threw him on the ground and beat him and hit him until he slowly died.
And the town thought they were free.
But were they...?

@Partiparticipant
Hi everyone, important message please listen up. Pogging and lo are still illegal and I will report anyone caught sending them in town square!
That is all. Have a good night.

How it hurts to know
You cannot help another
Though I'm there for them
It's tiring to know
That when the night is over
It's all different now
I open my eyes
But the bright light hurts me more
I close them again
It seems like someone was to die every morning in this town. A pattern of death. Though most were found dead in the morning, it was different this time.
@Syrah was clearly dead when the citizens of Wolfslake found her.
But @its_raghavan wasn't. He was dying, a knife stuck in his chest. He pulled it out of him and pointed it at the crowd in front of him.
"Someone. Must. Pay." he said and he threw the knife. It hit @Dennis in the heart and at that moment, both men died.
They were not the only victims of the night. @Warlord Dub was also found dead on the street with a knife in his chest. He was smart enough not to pull the knife out and was quickly brought to the hospital.
"He will not survive much longer." The town medic said. "We still have time to say goodbye. He may even remember his attacker."
What a night, what a day.

@Partiparticipant

@Raffhawk09 was visiting his dying friend, @Warlord Dub. But @Warlord Dub claimed he knew better.
"You! You killed me!" He yelled. And though he was weak, he still managed to strangle @Raffhawk09.
Now people are even dying at daytime

An eerie howl could be heard from the townhall...
Somethings wrong, very wrong...
As @Pen rushed to the townhall to figure out what happened, their eyes widened as they opened the door, it looked like a massacre had happened, with @Jayanna as the main feast...
@Bob Semple Tank was standing over @Jayannas body... @Bob Semple Tank was soaked in the blood of @Jayanna, and @SpikedJackson was just standing to the side and watching with a slight smile on his face.
"W-why... W-what did you do?!" @Pen screamed at the top of their lungs.
"Oh, don't worry." the @Mayayor (<= 15) said "everything will be just fine."
The wolves seemed to have gained majority, which could only mean one thing... Let the feast begin!
Werewolves win the game, as they gained majority in votes!
