Important changes that need to be made Several people have addressed the weaknesses of some roles, and we could not help but notice that most were about the solo roles. We would like to remind you that roles like the flute player and the white werewolf are supposed to be hard; if there's only one flute player in a group of 30 players, then ideally, the chance of winning should be only 1 in 30. @Unbihexium's correct plays only showed us that the flute player is actually stronger than intended, so we have decided to leave the flute player unchanged. However, we will attempt to add a second flute player in the future.
The most important changes we wanted to address are the following; [ + ] The Vampire needs a minor buff. [ + ] The Priestess needs a major buff. [ - ] The Cult needs a major nerf. [ - ] The Barber can no longer kill the Town Elder. The following changes are rather rule-clarification than actual changes, but we still wanted to adress them. [ = ] After having chosen a lover, the Cupid will not turn into an innocent. [ + ] Demonized players will now always turn undead during the night, even if the vampire is already dead.
The @Game Masters experienced in all the seasons that the cult has a dominant role in the game, and that the game mostly depends on how quickly the cult leader dies. The cult is giving the innocent a huge advantage, 'cause they can barely be influenced by the werewolves. The cult was also a huge disadvantage for the vampire. If a player didn't die by the cult, there was no other option in the game than that they had turned undead. We wanted to address both problems by adding a few more roles.
Introducing to you, @everyone, the Sacred Wolf. The Sacred Wolf cannot die during the night. However, they can be purified by the priestess and turn into a regular werewolf.
Not only should this make the werewolves more resistant againt the cult and should it make it easier for the vampire to hide the players who have turned undead, it also buffs the priestess, who had no purpose in the beginning of the game, and becomes weaker as the game progesses. The Sacred Wolf will make the priestess play a bigger factor in the game, as she makes it easier for the assassin and the cult to kill werewolves.

It has always been my dream to play along with you guys. That dream is gonna come true in season 5.
What does that mean? Nothing much. I have transferred the ownership of this server to @Buddy1913 temporarily, and he'll be taking the lead as the head of the @Game Masters
But... you cheater! No. Of course, I will lose the @Game Master role, and I will no longer be able to administrate/read all channels. However, if needed, @Buddy1913 will disqualify me from the game and make me @Game Master again, so we can sort out some stuff.
Can we troll you by lynching you on the first day? Technically, yes. But don't y'all dare doing that. ;)
What happens next? Once the game is over, or after I have died, I will become @Game Master again, and I will help the other @Game Masters administrate everything. Until then, you guys can enjoy a game with me. I'm really looking forward to this.
Season 5 is having an extra... Is that gonna happen every fifth season? Maybe, maybe not. We do have some fancy rules and roles in mind that we could do on a one-time occasion, but we'll see. Right now, we're gonna let season 5 happen, and we'll see if we can get to a tenth season first.

A beautiful sunny day dawns on the idealistic town of Fishers Cove, the waves lapping at the small beach as the hustle and bustle of coming and going boats at the Quayside bring life to the ocean further out. The lighthouse standing proud above the buildings on the cliff side painted a brilliant red and white... However some of the more experienced seafarers warn of a feeling in their bones.. Something was coming...

Night 1 Begins
Overall it had been a rather uneventful day.. save for some drink induced "activities" involving an AK47 (who gets those here anyway?) people worked, talked. some choice words were thrown and once again the "inqusitor" spouted off about the iminent return of his god. as the daylight waned and the cold of night set in, a thin mist started to develop on the waters. slowy creeping it's way towards town from the harbor.... trade would be hard tomorrow if it wouldn't let up.
Day 2 Begins
It was a quiet and peaceful night. Though the mist of the previous evening has not disappeared, in fact it has got thicker.... Impenetrable... Sailing into it merely turns you back to the town... A panic has started to set in the masses.. The disaster plan has been enacted! A powerful sorcerer must be behind this! As such a @Mayor will be chosen and the sorcerer found and executed!!

As the light of day began spreading across the sky, people of Fishers Cove began waking up.
The first one to wake up was the always happy @justin452 , but today he wasn’t as happy as always, when he found the bodies of @Herculies and @Ryandezinator!
Everyone ran out of their houses and were greeted by the 2 bodies, but the horrors were far from over, when a third body was discovered while @Vangos was entering the tavern to calm his nerves! The body of @FriedPotatoe was found in the entrance of the tavern, with a note by its side.
The note was soaked and torn, but what could be read was “I am a creature of night sent by the gods I am here to strike you down or make you submit you will know the pain your ancestors have gone through and I am the one who will show you how because I am…
Hopefully the killings were a one time thing, but everyone knew… It would continue.

Dawn broke across the still Waters of fisherman's cove, and another day reared its ugly head. The previous three had been filled with so much bloodshed, so much death. Would this be any different? Sadly not, as the bodies of @Rezkin and @D Bear were soon found mutilated in the street. @everyone was in shock, they knew what happened to those went missing, but they never expected to see the effects first-hand. The question was son raised: Who would be sent to the Inquisitor for their crimes?
