It's not that the flute player loses when all the werewolves are dead. The flute player is a third team. The werewolves win when everyone else is dead, the flute player wins when everyone else is enchanted, and the innocents win when there are no threats left.
So if all werewolves are dead, but the flute player still lives, the game will continue until either the flute player is dead or all the others are enchanted.

There are lots of exceptions and caviats

For example if cupid picks a wolf cupid for all intents and purposes gets locked to wolf victory and the wolf player kinda gets shunted to a pseudo white-wolf

The flute player is the third team so their victory is completely separate from all other players. But probibly wants to pretend to be innocent

The Warclok doesn't even try to hide his role, he just publicly announced his role straight away... The Flute Player wasn't able to bluff their way out, the cupid chooses a player that gets killed exactly that night, the @Guardian and the @Reporter die instantly, the cult members do not get into contact with anyone and just kill the fortune teller straight away...

And somehow @JR [FFF] still manages to be alive. I thought he would've been dead for ages.(edited)

It's a bummer I can't join myself, but I'd love to play with him one day.

If I were in Jay's position, by which I mean, if I was a runner, confirmed by the fortune teller, I would kill the Warlock now, and then go to the werewolves and claim you're a cursed civilian.

Then say that you wanna win with the werewolves, and that you know some important roles.

Then I'd let the fortune teller look up some roles of some AFK'ers, to gain time, build trust etc.

I think the votes for afk players should be randomised, this will add more challenging puzzle factor to the game and it may balance out being afk to camp through the games

I think they are gonna add classes, fixes and more content to improve each season. Ive already sent in 1 improvement for Crowd Seeker and 2 new classes that would be fun to see and would add a new element to the game :)

Well, I've played a game where there was a basilisk.

It would "stone" people if it managed to guess roles correctly.

There was also a nurse, who could de-stone players.

And if the basilisk died, all stoned players would get de-stoned as well.

If you're stoned, you can't talk or vote.

The basilisk would win if everyone else was stoned.

Well, the possibility exists that there might be a gap of one ir two weeks between this and next season, where some people quickly build a bot.

It shouldn't be too hard to build a bot that notifies us if you haven't chatted, voted or reacted for 72 hours straight. 🤔

And there should be a reason to prefer killing AFK'ers above active people. It feels more rewarding to play actively instead of AFK'ing the first week to make it through to the endgame.

I'm thinking we should make two "kits" that players could choose from, the Basic and the Advanced kit.

The more complex roles, like the flute player, the white werewolf, the crowd seeker, the warlock and the upcoming vampire would be divided among the people who choose the Advanced Kit. When all advanced players are occupied, the rest of the roles will randomly divided among the basic players. This prevents some crucial/strong being played in a bad manner, and make the game more interesting.

By which I do not claim people to ruin the game by playing bad, but rather saying that it's easier to learn the game if you get a simple role like the innocent, the runner, the fortune teller or the werewolf.

Well, I was thinking as well that making kits could expose roles. However, we could also make us decide who gets which kit, and not tell anyone which roles are part of which kit.

If we also on top of that make the good/bad-ratio in both classes equal, then it should be giving away less information.

Or maybe... yeah, we could do that! When assigning the roles, we make the weight of experienced players higher! This means that they're not guaranteed to have a special/advanced role, but are just more likely to get one.

We assign the roles, sorted by difficulty. Then the chance of them getting that role is higher, even thought the odds that they have a certain role is still very slim.

I'm still not sure whether players should consider it as a threat or as a... a player from another team, but one that you want to join forces with.

Well, each night, the Vampire can choose a victim to suck blood from.

At that point, nothing happens. The Vampire will hypnotize the victim, so the victim won't even know itself that it's become a victim of the vampire.(edited)

However, when that player dies (during the night!), instead of going to the #s2_graveyard, theiy role becomes the undead. They have a new way to finish the game.

So it is still their goal to kill off the werewolves, but also to kill the innocents.

A Jailkeeper (or Jailer)'s Night Action is one that protects its target from kills, but also Roleblocks its target.

Jailkeeper has a myriad of uses while not exactly confirming anyone as Town or Werewolf.

Because it is a Roleblocker, Jailkeeper is never allowed to self-target.

We don't want to add people as @Spectators when they join halfway the game. This is supposed to prevent people from creating alternate accounts and use it to spy on other players.
